Annual General Meeting

Notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Eastern Ontario AA Ringette Association has been shared. The meeting will take place on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 6:30pm, for the following purposes:

1. To review the financial statements and the Annual Reports of the Association for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2025

2. Election of up to three Board members. Two current Board members (Bobbi McLeod, Registrar and Adam McDonald, Treasurer) were on 1-year terms. They have both agreed to let their name stand for re-election. Nominations for Director positions can be sent to chair@eoaara.ca

3. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

Participants will receive further details regarding the online platform and meeting access.

A Zoom link and a Board Information Package will be distributed via email and will contain all relevant materials for the meeting.
